The Infieles Project consists of two mining concessions totalling 68 hectares on the western edge of the Salar de Infieles, located in the Diego de Almagro commune, Chañaral province, Atacama Region, Chile, between the Salar de Aguilar to the northeast and the Salar de Pedernales to the south. The reference coordinate is 25°58’36’’S 69°03’39’’W. Approximately 15 km to the east is the Salares Norte open pit mine operated by Goldfields Chile.

From the coast, access starts from the town of Chañaral along Route 5 heading east, then continues east on Route C-13 towards Diego de Almagro and El Salvador. From El Salvador, the route continues east along Route C-173 to the Salar de Pedernales. At the Salar de Pedernales, the main road to the Salares Norte mining project is taken. Approximately 1 km before reaching the Salares Norte operational area, a trail branches off to the north, which after 17 km reaches the Salar de Infieles. The described route is 260 km long and takes approximately five to six hours to travel.

The concessions are located within the polygon defined by the Government of Chile for obtaining a CEOL (Special Lithium Operating Contract) in the Andean Salt Flats.
